A quick and easy fresh raspberry smoothie with creamy yogurt swirls, perfect for summer refreshment and a healthy treat for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups fresh raspberries (225 grams)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (120 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (15 ml)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (5 ml)
  • ½ cup ice cubes (about 120 grams, optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the fresh raspberries gently under cold water and pat dry. Measure out Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and lemon juice. (5 minutes)
  2. In your blender, combine the fresh raspberries, almond milk, honey, and lemon juice. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth and vibrant red. The mixture should be thick but pourable. (1 minute)
  3. Pour half of the smoothie mixture into your serving glass or jar. Then, spoon in a dollop (about 2 tablespoons) of Greek yogurt. Gently swirl it with a spoon to create creamy ribbons. (2 minutes)
  4. Pour the remaining smoothie mixture over the yogurt swirls. Add ice cubes if you want it extra chilled, then stir lightly if desired to keep those pretty swirls intact. (1 minute)
  5. Garnish with a few fresh raspberries or a sprig of mint if you’re feeling fancy. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

If fresh raspberries aren’t in season, frozen raspberries work well—just skip the ice cubes. For a dairy-free version, substitute coconut or soy yogurt and use maple syrup instead of honey for sweetness. To keep yogurt swirls visible, spoon gently and serve immediately. Adjust thickness by adding more almond milk or raspberries as needed.
