Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and brown sugar. Stir until evenly blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, vanilla extract, and unsweetened applesauce until smooth.
