A quick and easy no-bake dessert dip made with cream cheese, caramel sauce, and crunchy toffee bits. Perfect for fall gatherings or a simple weeknight treat, ready in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ⅓ cup toffee bits
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt
  • Apples for dipping (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Fuji)

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit out for about 30 minutes. If in a hurry, cut into small cubes and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides halfway through.
  3. Sift in the powdered sugar and add the vanilla. Beat on low speed until combined, then increase to medium and beat for another minute until light and airy.
  4. Add the caramel sauce and beat on low speed until just combined, leaving ribbons of caramel visible. Do not overmix.
  5. Reserve about 1 tablespoon of toffee bits for topping. Fold the remaining toffee bits into the dip with a rubber spatula until evenly distributed.
  6. Sprinkle in a pinch of flaky sea salt and give one last gentle stir. Taste and adjust if needed.
  7. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (optional but recommended).
  8. Just before serving, core and slice apples into thick wedges.
  9. Sprinkle reserved toffee bits over the top, add another tiny pinch of salt, and serve with apple slices.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat cream cheese and room-temperature caramel sauce. The dip can be made up to 2 days ahead; add toffee garnish just before serving. To keep apple slices from browning, toss with a little lemon juice.
