A simple and mineral-rich detox drink made by soaking coarse Himalayan pink salt in pure water overnight to create a natural electrolyte tonic that supports hydration and daily cleansing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup coarse Himalayan pink salt (about 60 ml)
  • 1 cup pure filtered water (240 ml)
  • Optional: fresh lemon slice or mint leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. Add 1/4 cup of coarse Himalayan pink salt into a clean glass jar.
  2. Pour 1 cup of pure filtered water over the salt. The salt will not fully dissolve immediately.
  3. Seal the jar tightly and let it sit at room temperature for at least 12 hours or overnight.
  4. Check that some salt crystals remain undissolved at the bottom, indicating a saturated sole concentrate.
  5. To serve, mix 1 teaspoon of the sole concentrate with 8 ounces (240 ml) of pure water. Stir well and sip slowly.
  6. Optionally, add a slice of lemon or a few fresh mint leaves for extra flavor.

Notes

Use coarse, unrefined Himalayan pink salt for best mineral content. Avoid fine or iodized salts. Stir the sole concentrate daily to keep minerals evenly distributed. Start with 1/2 teaspoon of sole concentrate diluted in water if you find the taste too strong and adjust gradually. Store sole concentrate in a sealed glass jar at room temperature or refrigerated for up to 3 weeks. Do not heat the drink. Consult a healthcare provider if you have high blood pressure or sodium restrictions.
